Buying a house is one of the most important purchases you will make. Before you start looking for a new home, you should decide where you want to live and how many rooms you need. You should also decide how much money you can afford to pay monthly on a new home and how much money you can put down on it. Applying for a home loan is difficult and stressful, so be patient.
