English as a Second Language: Dr. Rong-Chang Li, also known as Ron C. Lee, Ph.D., has a world renowned website with something for everyone. His international, comprehensive approach has paid off as his site is in the top of the ESL and TESOL field. I especially enjoyed his delightful collection of proverbs. Be sure to send him one, if you can think of any he missed. I couldn't! Also, be sure to check out his online civics and citizenship quiz. Thanks to Dr. Lee for linking to this site. And hello to Pasadena, California, home of the Rose Parade.
