Meats and fish are sold in the meat department of grocery stores. Meats and fish are high in protein. Protein builds cells. Lean meats like skinless chicken breast are good for your health. Meats that are high in fat like salami should be limited. Meat comes from animals like cows, pigs, sheep, and chickens. Fish and shellfish come from animals that live in oceans, rivers, and lakes. (6 pages)
