  • He was the 16th President of the United States.
  • Lincoln was president during the Civil War.

Where is Abraham Lincoln buried?

  • He is buried in a large tomb in Illinois along with his wife, Mary, and three of their four sons.

 

Tomb of George Washington

Where is George Washington buried?

  • He is buried in a tomb in Virginia on the property of his former plantation, which is called Mount Vernon.
  • He is buried with his wife, Martha.
