Joshua Tree National Park is located in southeastern California. It is located between Riverside and San Bernadino couties. It is a desert location and gets very little rainfall. The park is named after Joshua Trees. (3 pages)

  • National Parks in the United States are run by the U.S. Park Service. National parks are protected area.

  • There are 58 national parks in the United States.

  • A park ranger collects an entrance fee for each vehicle that enters the park.
