Wake Up Earlier

Wake Up

  • It is difficult to adjust to the time change in the spring.

  • In the spring, people lose an hour of sleep and they feel tired.

Two Clocks Showing Time Moved Forward

Lose an Hour

  • If you wake up at 6:00, it is like waking up at 5:00.

  • If you eat lunch at 12:00, it's like eating lunch at 11:00.

  • Everything seems earlier after you lose an hour in the spring.

Two Clocks Showing Time Moved Back

Gain an Hour

  • If you wake up at 5:00, it is like waking up at 6:00.

  • If you eat lunch at 12:00, it is like eating lunch at 1:00.

  • Everything seems later after you gain an hour in the fall (autumn).
