Steep Hill This sign means the road rises upward. Drivers might need to change gears.

Public Phone This sign means there is a public phone in the area. Most people in the United States have cell phones. So, public phones are difficult to find.

Bicycles Allowed This sign means bicycles are allowed. Some cities are building bicycle paths.
