Containers hold things. Many containers have a lid. Containers can be made from glass, metal, cardboard, wire, or plastic. This lesson shows bottles, jars, cartons, bowls, cans, boxes, barrels and other types of containers. (3 pages)

  • Jars have lids. Lids screw onto the top of the jar.
